If for one reason or another a student wishes to change a subject, it is still possible up to a point. In order to change, a meeting with the DP Coordinator is necessary to discuss the matter and issue a form to be completed by the student and signed by the teachers involved, parents (or guardians) and the DP Coordinator. The final decision will also depend on places available in the proposed new class, and if the MYP grade qualifies the student for the subject.

All changes need to take place in the first term in DP1. Special rules apply in Maths, where in exceptional circumstances final changes can be made after the mid-year exams in January (DP1).
